HREF Rewrite for tracking when using HTML Personalization

When inserting dynamic HTML links via Custom Fields, the links do not currently get tracking, getting tracking data from these links would be very useful in confirming if they have been clicked

CONSIDERATIONS: Anon tracking, if only 1 link is sent to a single user, would that link no longer technically be anonymous?
