Redesign the Manage Subscriptions Page

To improve the user experience of the Manage Subscription page try expanding the group selection box to the full length of the page, add filters and search capability to find the groups you want to subscribe to, and show the 'Update' button as disabled (greyed out) until the user has selected a change to their subscriptions.
