The subscription verbiage added to emails "Politely take me off your list" and the subscription page message "Select the groups that you would like to subscribe to" read as conflicting call to action messages. To enhance the user experience, you may consider modifying the verbiage on the subscription page or allowing clients to customize the verbiage on this page.
