Preflight should have the option to include From, Recipient info, Recipient count, who is actually sending the preflight, who receives the preflight, a version number, and a field to type in a message for the previewer. When I cover for a teammate, I have to ensure they see my initials in the subject line so they know who to reply to. The From is always from another email account. We currently send screenshots of the above details separately and we use IM, phone, or email to discuss the changes between versions.
