Include message size in the Messages report

From time-to-time, I have users that will send messages that are large and flood our SMTP relay. In order to quickly identify messages that are large, it would be good to display a column in the Messages report that shows the size of the message. That way, we can easily find large messages and let the person know how to 'properly' send the message.


Bonus: Provide a warning to the user during send when a message is larger than an admin-specified threshold.
