Option to Suppress Geolocation in PoliteMail reporting views

Some customers, particularly on-premise, find no value in geolocation reporting of interactions given that the requesting IPs are internal and subsequently unreportable. Other customers have their internet based traffic appear from one IP or range which gives an incomplete result
