PoliteMail Ideas

Enable From field in PoliteMail online version

Currently, users only have the option to send from their personal email account when using the online version of PoliteMail. The From field, which usually displays a drop-down menu including all shared mailboxes, is greyed out in the online version, but available on the Desktop version in Outlook.

Having the From field enabled allows users to send company-wide emails from shared mailboxes (e.g, Communications@Company.com, or HR@Company.com, etc.). It'd be great to be able to have the option to send from group mailboxes in the online version of PoliteMail as well.

    Hi, Renee! If you/anyone else are experiencing this, please select 'Request Support' and a Customer Success Manager will be able to help you. This is an existing feature of PoliteMail Online that we want to make sure you are able to use!
