PoliteMail Ideas

Automated campaigns (meaning you have an initial recipient list and a series of emails - once a recipient completes the desired action - they receive the next email in the chain, if not, they receive an alternate email to try and persuade them to take the desired action) would be a great feature in Politemail as there are specific campaigns with desired behaviors we want associates/employees to take. Also being able to track their actions or lack of actions would be helpful for us to learn more about their behaviors.

For reference, our company is upgrading to 5.0 soon.
