Editing the Feedback/Survey Functionality Merged

For the feedback/survey functionality, you have to click specifically on the text of a response for PoliteMail to recognize it as a click. Is there a way to edit this so you can click anywhere on the button?

    An update on this: you can get the URL from the text by clicking CTRL -K or using the UI. You can then apply that link/URL to other areas.
