Provide PoliteMail Platform/System in multiple languages (match MS Outlook)

Provide PoliteMail Platform/System in multiple languages (match MS Outlook) so non-English speaking users can use the PoliteMail Platofrm in their native language.

This allows users to see system labels, navigation, commands, help in their native language to accomodate international users.
