Stop inserting file name when using the smart attachment feature.

It is time consuming and confusing when adding a smart attachment that you want to be hyperlinked to specific text. The system automatically adds the full file name, it would be much easier to just highlight the text and add a smart attachment - as we used to be able to do. Please change this back!
