Current time frame is limited to a max of 7 days. I would propose expanding to include 2 weeks and 1 month or making a field that can updated by individual admin. I believe this will enable more companies to use this feature. 1 week isn't enough for us when we are working on certain all employee emails. We currently have reps deleting their own, which leads to accidental deletion of final messages.
