It's currently hard (impossible?) to locate the version of PoliteMail that you're running. It would make it easier to troubleshoot within our own team if we could verify that someone has the latest version of PoliteMail before we reach out to PoliteMail for support help. I'd prefer it be located in Settings, perhaps under settings in an "About" page. It would be super helpful to see when your subscription is set to expire there too.
Hello! Both the server and client are now available in your 'Request Support'--so when you reach out to Customer Service, they will already have that information for you.
