Add ability to filter/resort mailing lists in drop down on outlook plugin

Users complain that they can only sort the mail lists alphabetically in the drop down to add a mailing list on the message. We've shown them how to use the mail list tab to search for mailing lists at the start, but they would prefer to have the same sort and search options in the drop down.


Maybe add it as a tab on the builder panel?
