"Default" Sender filter for messages and campaigns Merged

It would save a lot of time if I didn't have to filter the Sender column to see just mine every time I launch PoliteMail or move between PoliteMail screens. Is it possible to set a "default" Sender for these views? Or can PoliteMail remember the filter I previously applied?
