Add retention period to saved emails that are downloadable from reports

Add retention period to saved emails that are downloadable from reports. This should be implemented as a configurable app setting.

Customers often have retention periods as compliance requirements.

Appropriate warnings should be set when data will be deleted.
A link to the original sent item in the Outlook sent folder would be nice as well.
