Email phishing is becoming a bigger concern across many industries. As a result, many organizations encourage staff members to digitally sign their emails in Outlook. Currently, PoliteMail doesn't allow for digital signatures. As a result, organizational communications must go out without digital signatures, and without that extra assurance that the sender is legitimate. Without a digital signature, staff members may be hesitant to open emails, click on links, or download attachments. If PoliteMail for Outlook could accommodate digital signatures, this may increase click, open, and engagement rates for large-scale emails.

Thank you for the update, Marlena! Unfortunately, we don't use Microsoft 365, so I don't think that we're able to use Send via Graph.
Hi Becky,
Thanks for checking in! Now that we support Send via Graph, we are investigating adding support for digitally signed emails with that method.
Have there been any updates on whether PoliteMail will accommodate digital signatures?
Thank you for your idea, Becky! We'll share this with the Development Team!
