The current survey/feedback feature could be improved in a few ways:

• The link that appears over the auto-generated survey text is a jumpmark to the top of the email and does nothing. Do not include a link that takes users back to the top of the email (without logging any feedback).

• When the user makes a selection directly on the stars, checkmark, yes/no, etc., do not link out to a separate web page where the user sees their choice. Simply log feedback with the click in the email and a visual representation to the user of what they have selected (e.g., filling in the number of stars they select). This blank page also has an image/logo at the top that never seems to load, so there's always an error message there. It's also confusing to users whether their vote/feedback was logged or if they need to click again on this page.

• Adding the ability to adjust the visual components of the survey would be nice. Being able to change the colors of the elements (stars, checkmarks, etc.) and how they appear by default (number of stars that show as selected by default to a recipient.
