New One Column layout in template sections- one fourth / three fourth

Add a new layout under the one column section. one fourth / three fourth. There the smaller cell would have an image placeholder and the larger a text placeholder. See attached for sizing.

    Hi Eric,

    This is available on our new builder on PoliteMail Online. You can find the toggle on the upper right hand corner and these specific template pieces are found under Build A Template->Blank Sections->More.
