If a Banner image is the first element in an email, Outlook shows the URL of the image in its preview text (screenshot attached.) We'd like the image URL to be ignored so it picks up the first line of actual text.
Or, an optional field/setting (Send Option?) where we can fill in a message to show in the preview section.
Right now we can solve this by adding some text above a banner and hiding it; [style="display:none;"]
but, we can't expect our users to edit this in code view and it may not be the best method.

Are you aware of our Pre-header text feature, where you are able to change the first 3 lines of Pre-header text of any measured message?
