The Feedback feature needs further development/updating as it is very sensitive to ANY modifications whatsoever and has the potential for error. The configured Feedback options do not appear to be easily editable to match style of the overall communication and any attempts to change the type size, alignment or any of the other elements is highly unreliable. Suggest making this into an editable feature such as the Templates which can configured once and used repeatedly and reliably
