Move duplicate and arrow buttons to the toolbar

I first want to say that the Polite Mail builder is VERY frustrating to use!

This is more of a request. Could you move the duplicate button and the arrows to the toolbar? It makes a terrible user experience when we have click through the template sections just to get to them. Please, just add them to the toolbar.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry you are finding it frustrating--that's not what we want! Are you using the new builder? If not, you can toggle it on (see image 1) and I think you may prefer the duplicate button/arrows (image 2).
