Change recipients in preview/preflight messages online and in M365

In the outlook client, users are able to change the to address on preflight test sends/prevew messages and frequently do so to include multiple members of their editing teams. We are unable to migrate these users to the M365 plugin or online client because it only sends previews to the sender's email address. We need the ability for a user to configure the recipients on their previews in order to retire our outlook client, which prevents us from taking timely upgrades.

      Hi there,

      The ability to add additional recipients on preflights for M365 is something we have planned. You should be able to do this now on PoliteMail Online.
