If you schedule a send for a date/time, THEN hit pre-flight test send, the pre-flight test send will not be delivered until the scheduled send time. This is correctable if you remove Schedule Send, then hit pre-flight test send. However, we think it would be a better user experience if pre-flight test sends are sent immediately, regardless of whether the actual message is going out at a later date/time.
