Scheduled Sends Counted as Single Message

When you send a message using the Schedule Send feature and select "Recipient's Time Zone" it will create multiple emails. For our reporting purposes, we consider that one (1) message, but PoliteMail will consider each time zone send as one message, despite the message being identical. To our team, it’s a bit misleading. It makes it seem like we sent way more messages than we actually sent.

Example: Say I want to send a message announcing an employee being promoted. I create one email message called “Congrats John Smith!” and send it using scheduled send to my employees using recipient’s time zone.

To me the sender and eventual reporter, the “Congrats John Smith” message is one message. To PoliteMail, it will show up as multiple messages because it was delivered to several time zones.

Is there any way for us to display scheduled sends as ONE message (as opposed to multiple)? If not, that’s going to hurt our reporting process a bit/make it more manual.
