Remove Beefree Image Preview When Not Using Preheader Text

Messages sent with Beefree show the image link in the preview view, unless they have preheader text. It would be nice to prevent the image preview without needing to remember to add preheader text.

    This is available in versions 5.45.6326.4590+ using the Hide Preheader By Default user preference!
