Save Direct Replies To addresses

We often send communications on behalf of our CEO and never want replies to go back to him. Each time we update the Direct Replies To field to a shared mailbox and save the email as a draft or a template, the Direct Replies To field defaults to the address in the FROM field. It would be great if it was saved along with the draft/template.
