Hi there,

This functionality exists. If you are using the PoliteMail Builder/Editor, you will find it under Brand Themes. And if you are using the Beefree Editor, it's under Beefree Defaults. If you are using Beefree and do not have a System Admin, you can Contact Support with the configurations you would like and they can help set that up for you.
