Need an ability to send a "piggyback," or an update to a previous email since the forwarding/replying functionally in Outlook breaks the template design. Would like to retain the original message info, e.g., the sender, the date and time, and the subject. My current workaround is to manually add this to the original template and save as a new version. See an example below.
