Add enable tracking to the drop down menu under the PoliteMail flag

Give users the option to 'Turn On' tracking from the drop down under the PoliteMail flag. Users, especially those new to PoliteMail, consistently click the drop down arrow to find and enable tracking. Clicking the icon does not appear to be intuitive for users at our company.
