A great service to provide to clients would be monthly training sessions hosted by PoliteMail experts showcasing features and functionality available for licensed user to leverage.
Hi, Carrie. When you upgrade to 5.0, you can request a training. Until then, if you are able to sign in, you can select the 'Request Support' button to get help with this. If not, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a CSM will get back to you. You can also review our knowledgebase here: https://help.politemail.com/help.
Is this still taking place? I'm new to PoliteMail, and can't find anywhere to figure out how to use it.
Hello: We are in the process of making our trainings more available to our customers. We now provide a weekly training session on Thursdays from 11:00 - 11:30 EST for any customer that has upgraded to 4.95+. We are also producing an interactive training session for both Admins and Users that we will begin rolling out early next year. With our next major release, we will also be doing a webinar. Thank you for your idea and we will continue with our efforts with our training sessions.
