Change (or ignore banner image link) preview text in Outlook.

Enable versioning for drafts and templates

Similar to how SharePoint and Microsoft Office documents work. Allow for versioning so we can go back to previously saved versions.

The ability to hide/minimize the top portion of the New Email screen in PoliteMail Online

Convert PoliteMail to PDF

It would be helpful if we could covert politemail to a PDF prior to sending the email. I'd like to attach it to the outgoing mail. This will help end users print and/or save the communication to their preferred location.

Create more than 3 poll answer options

Sometimes there is a need to have more than 3 answers for a polling question. Can additional slots be added for polling flexibility? Thanks!

Allow the CC line of the email be displayed.

With the CC line visible to recipients, they will be able to see the names of C-Suite or Leadership; therefore, memos will have additional weight for accountability.

I think it would be useful to have an add to calendar button instead of having to do it all from outlook first. It seems half the time it does not send fully and the recipients of the email are able to make changes that change the calendar invite ...

Add Settings for Defaults on all Items

Preferences should have 3 settings. Show “All Users” Yes or No ( enabled this on all Lists, Content, Campaigns, Results) Default User to Show – picklist (example pick yourself) Templates Show Only Yours: Yes or No
