Support Ticket Tracking for Clients

Provide visibility into status of my support tickets including (but not limited to):

  • Support person or technician working on the ticket

  • Date it was submitted

  • Description of the issue

  • Actions being taken to resolve the ticket

  • Notes from PoliteMail support

  • Open, pending and closed tickets

  • Time to resolve the ticket

  • Satisfaction poll at the closure of the ticket

    Do Not Forward doesn't work outside of an organization.
