Add a note about special characters in passwords

It seems that certain special characters are problematic in a user's PoliteMail password. Please add a note about this (including which characters should not be used) on the page(s) where you are entering a new password. Better yet - don't allow users to even save a password with those special characters. As I understand, they are & # *
