Ability to change who the email is from, without changing email address

Other email platforms allow you to change who the email is from, without changing the actual email address. Can PoliteMail look into that?

For email, our local Children's Hospital and Ohio State University change theirs so the email address is always News@OSU.edu, but the name that appears in Outlook could be President John or Urgent News. LIkewise, the Children's hospital uses THE WEEKEND (example attached) or NEWS, pending the topic in the email.

    Hello! This is a great question. Are the avatar showing, email address being trusted, and it being shown as an internal sender important to you? While PoliteMail does support changing the from to an alternate option, the global address directory will pull in the data for internal emails and show the recipient that information. Here's a side by side of what the difference would look like. This is the knowledgebase article we have on this as well.
