Enable send in recipeint's time zone for Syncronym lists

Being able to schedule a send for a specific date/time in the recipient’s local time zone is an awesome feature! But currently this feature is not supported with Syncronym (filtered) lists. Our organization uses Syncronym lists as it's very handy to have the lists sync with our Workday data each night and automatically update. But we'd also love to be able to send a global communications and have all employees around the world receive it at a set time (8 a.m. Thursday morning, for example). I'd love to see this functionality come to Syncronym.

Hi, Renee! There are two options to make this happen.

1.) Configure Graph Server, which will also allow you to access your Exchange lists

2.) Add the time zone column to your Syncronym source file, which would allow us to sync that up for you.

For either option, please send in a 'Request Support' and your Customer Success Manager will be able to help you through the process.
