PoliteMail Ideas

Allow Heatmap access to all users - not just the person who created the email.

When I add the Heatmap column to my Results/Message tab - I can ONLY "see" the emails that I created.  I am an "Manager"and I will not always be the creator, nor recipient, of an email - but I DO need to see the actual email for reporting purposes.  Especially when I'm preparing reports for senior management.

    Hello: As a Manager, you are only allowed to see message results from members in your Group, as well as the ones you have created. You may need to add yourself as a Manager to the Groups you want to see Heatmaps from. If you need to see email results from those outside of your Group, or you need to access emails from more than 2 Groups, you may want to change your user level to Administrator.
