RAG status colors for metrics reports

I'd love to see PoliteMail auto-define the Red-Amber-Green status for each metric based on benchmark data. This would really help shortcut explaining performance to stakeholders.

    Sure--thinking about PoliteMail's Corporate Email Benchmarks reporting, there is great data on industry standards for open rate, read rate, read time, etc. Currently, the metrics reports are colored boxes, but the colors don't have meaning. Using the email benchmark data, it would be great to see certain boxes light up as 'green' if it's within/above the average, 'yellow' if it's below, and 'red' if it's materially below.
