When we add a new user or initiate the password reset email, the system generated email comes up. But I always edit this message to add a link to our custom installation instructions, a link to our Yammer community for PM users, and a link to our ticketing system, etc.
It would be great to just edit the template itself, so any time I generate a new email of some type (such as the html version of the email with download instructions), it already had my additional text and link included so I don't have to re-add it ever time. Thanks for considering!
I would love to have the ability to customize the generated message. Very cool idea!
