Dynamic Content Sections Visible to Portion of Distribution List

For email sends that are largely uniform across multiple regions/sites, it would be helpful to have built in ability to include and display content specific to only a portion of a distribution list within the design of a broader message. This efficiency enhancement allows for managers of multi-site communications to maximize time and design when developing messages.
