Admins currently have the option to require a tag. We'd like this option for Campaigns - require users to add the message to a campaign. Why? Currently it's cumbersome to generate a results report by tag. It is very simple generate a results report for Campaigns. We're worried people will forget to add their message to a campaign, so we want to have the option to require uses to add their message to a dropdown of campaign options (identical to what exists for tags, but for campaigns instead).
