Show Ave Read Time as a percentage for campaigns

Provide Ave Read Time as a percentage for campaigns, including those created by going to Account Report > View Metrics and putting in a date range. Would be helpful when comparing one campaign to another and/or looking at different time periods.

Carbon copy list with ability to edit saved filters

A feature that allows users to carbon copy lists then go in to the copied list and edit filters. This is in the scenario that the user needs to edit just one filter but doesn't want to have to recreate the list from scratch.

Campaigns should be able to be assigned templates so that when you upload the template the campaign gets auto populated.

Having a way to standardize the templates used for each campaign would be beneficial to many companies. It would be nice if the campaign could be assigned to each template so that when you upload the template the campaign gets auto populated.
