It would be handy to be able to define a mail list as a combination or intersection of other lists.
Many of our lists are only slight variations of one another, or outright copies for region by region access, so it would cut down on the number of lists we have to build with integrations and provide users with easier to understand and manage lists.
For instance, if I wanted all faculty except emeritus, I'd like to be able to create a list that computes an existing faculty list minus members of an existing emeritus list in real time. That way we don't have to build three lists in our integration and they stay up to date for users.
