Thumbnail images of content for quick access

I would like to go clean out templates/images I have used in the past but don't plan on using again anytime soon, or that I might want to re-name to be more descriptive of the item. It is difficult to do now as is.

Allow users to edit/update their message word count on the report

When clients send an email with multiple languages, the word count is inflated which affects their read time. Users should be able to go in to their metrics report and update the word count.
