Allow users to view the server status

Allow users the ability to view the Server status. They shouldn't have the ability to change anything, but several users appreciated the ability to 'watch' the server in 4.97 for their sends. With 5+, they've lost that ability, so they reach out to an admin with every send to ask me to check. Can we give them the ability to view the server back? Also, can the server status be more understandable?

Thank you, Tonya! We will share this feedback with the Development Team.

Oh, and one more note - it seems that once a message is in process of sending, it's no longer displayed in the "Scheduled Sends' view as one would expect based on the KB article you sent below. We've only noticed the status of enabled and disabled (disabled is confusing to users, by the way - since we've been told it doesn't mean there is an issue, it's just basically pending - maybe that's another idea I'll add - call it 'pending' or something more clear than disabled).

Thanks for the suggest – they do use the Results and Scheduled Sends views, but they really liked to see the status when it’s in progress (or at least to see that the server is running, and that their item is in progress). Some of their messages take quite some time (an hour or more) to send, and during that time, they don’t see it anywhere (it’s not in scheduled sends anymore and it’s not yet in Results). This makes them quite nervous, so they liked to watch the server. So now instead of looking for themselves, they keep coming to me - which is not very productive for them or me. Especially since they used to have the ability, and now they don't. So I would still keep my idea as it is. Thank you!

    Hi Tonya,

I wonder if reviewing the send status on the Scheduled Sends page might be a better option and it might be clearer for users?
