PoliteMail Ideas

We want to hear from you!  What features or improvements would you like to see in PoliteMail?  Send us your ideas and we’ll consider them for future releases.

Enable a way to send an email from PoliteMail and prevent partners from forwarding to other partners. For example, if we send a message to partners in APAC and plan to send that same message to partners in EMEA and NA later in the day is there something we can do to prevent the partners in APAC from forwarding the message to partners in EMEA and NA?

This will prevent other partners from reading unauthorized information that is sent to a closed group

      Hello Brooke,

We are trying to prevent forwards from users within our organization(i.e Northern Trust) to other users within the same organization. So it's basically preventing forwards internally within the same organization

      Hi There!

Thank you for using our ideas portal, can you please clarify if you are looking to prevent forwards from users within your organization to other users within your organization OR if there are external addresses involved?

      Thank you,

      Brooke
