Add Ability to Select from Drop-down when using "Search by Tag" Action on Results Screen

For users that have a lot of tag groups, it would be helpful to include the option to select from a drop-down of existing Tag Group Parents and Children when using the "Search by Tag" feature on the Results page. With the current functionality, if a user doesn't remember the exact wording they used, they have to leave the Results page to go look and then go back in and then type it out.

    The dropdown now populates suggested tags, based on what is typed.
