Change clickable text in PoliteMail interface to black from light gray (looks un-clickable)

In our training, we noticed several places where text that is grayed-out is actually clickable. You have to hover your cursor over it to discover that it's actually a working link. Please use black (or darker) text. Universally, it is understood that grayed out text is not clickable.
