Add warning message when deleting a user

Would be nice to have a warning message when attempting to delete a user that reminds us that their content would be deleted and recommend migrating it first.

Alphabetize or add search functionality to user drop down list

It takes unnecessary time to find a specific user in the user drop down. For example, PoliteMail>Results>Messages>click the user list; I need to be able to quickly find a user either by having them listed alphabetically or a search featur...

I want to remove metrics tracking from certain links

Include owner names in reports when exporting templates

When exporting templates, owners are identified by a number instead of their name. When exporting Users, those numbers are not listed so we don't know who is who. Can owner names be included in exporting instead of numbers?

Add the option to use a mail list as a recipient to sent emails

Import template sections

Allow for importing HTML for different template sections - i.e. headers, subhead, etc.

Allow Heatmap access to all users - not just the person who created the email.

When I add the Heatmap column to my Results/Message tab - I can ONLY "see" the emails that I created. I am an "Manager"and I will not always be the creator, nor recipient, of an email - but I DO need to see the actual email for reporting purposes....

Don't allow sending from a opened shared mailbox since it doesn't work properly

When a user wants to send a message using a different email address (or shared mailbox), my understanding is that the user is supposed to start in their own personal inbox and then switch the From field. This isn't intuitive and doesn't work prope...
