Make Anchor links available in PoliteMail Online

We'd like the functionality to add anchor links to the top of the email. To add a table of contents for longer emails. We also have users that add translations at the bottom and would like a link at the top to jump to the section.

Add a modify date filter to the templates

There is only a creation date but we can't see when the templates were last modified. This would help us keep track of when a template was last modified versus only being able to see when it was created.

PoliteMail Online - Add the ability to copy/paste multiple emails into the To field

Currently, in PoliteMail Online, we cannot copy and paste multiple emails. It will only resolve the first email in the list. This would be a great quality of life update as we don't always have a DL to use.
