The templates don't appear to be sorted in anyway that makes sense. Can this be sorted alphabetically?

Would be a nice option to be able to select an Owner when saving as template.

Could I request an enhancement to the PoliteMail interface? Instead of defaulting to “All Users” can we have the option to default to our own results and campaigns? It would save me the extra steps and wait time when I move around the app. Thank you!

When exporting templates, owners are identified by a number instead of their name. When exporting Users, those numbers are not listed so we don't know who is who. Can owner names be included in exporting instead of numbers?

It would be helpful if we could covert politemail to a PDF prior to sending the email. I'd like to attach it to the outgoing mail. This will help end users print and/or save the communication to their preferred location.
